Solo Spotlight Series: Til Death Do Us Part… You First!

The New Tampa Performing Arts Center's new Solo Spotlight Series features award-winning performers in dynamic and entertaining solo performances that showcase the storytelling power of a single voice.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with humor! Directed by Chazz Palminteri, an Academy Award nominee and the author and star of Broadway’s A Bronx Tale, this multimedia theatrical show stars Peter Fogel in an award-winning performance that takes audiences on a journey through the ups and downs of love and marriage, reminding us all of the funny side of relationships.

Fogel, an eternal bachelor, is dumped by his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. Sensing his mortality, he is visited by his conscience (Chazz Palminteri in a voice-over), who guides Fogel on how to overcome his past romantic blunders and get back the love of his life.

Using his vocal talents – and playing over 12 characters – Fogel has the audience roaring with laughter as he relates one bold and hysterical story after another.
